Thank you for reading my blog. I hope that you find the information to be helpful and informative. Here on Maui we will be seeing some big changes soon in regards, to short-term rentals. This debate has been ongoing for quite some time and it seems like a resolution is in the near future.

The article in the Maui News on February 28th the Panel Advances “Fair” Short-Term Rental Bill  would allow applicants to obtain a permit to operate short-term rentals and would simplify the application process.
