Charlotte Russe, a fashion retail chain store that targets young women, plans to open its first Neighbor Island location and fourth store in Hawaii at the Queen Kaahumanu Center on Maui in late summer, a spokesman for the largest shopping mall outside of Oahu told PBN.

“Charlotte Russe will be a perfect fit for Maui and compliment Queen Kaahumanu Center’s growing roster of national, name-brand retailers,” said Todd Vines, spokesman for the Queen Kaahumanu Center.

The new store will be located just two doors down from the new Vans store, which plans to open in late summer as well.
